JAMES CONSTABLE
James started his legal career working for and defending insurance companies. Then he decided to use his knowledge of these large companies for the benefit of consumers. Having worked on both sides, James brings a unique perspective and he uses this knowledge and experience to be a strong advocate for his clients. James has represented thousands navigate complex litigation matter. If he's not working, James can likely be found fishing in the beautiful waters surrounding Tampa Bay, and spending time with his wife and children.

ALLISON FREEMAN
Allison practiced law in a number of different areas before focusing her practice on behalf of consumers. She defended companies for a number of years before switching her practice to advocate for people against large corporations. Just like James, having worked on both sides provides her with a different perspective. When she isn't working, Allison can be be found spending time with her husband, daughters, and 2 dogs or doing something active.

JASON CREWS
Jason Crews joined the Constable Law team in 2024 and focuses his practice on representing policyholders in first-party insurance disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Jason gained experience in civil litigation by handling first-party property actions for Florida insurance carriers, including pre-suit coverage investigations. Jason also has experience with bodily injury and construction defect litigation.
Before attending law school, Jason was a claims adjuster and is able to use his years of experience working for and defending the insurance companies to now advocate for property owners. Jason is a Florida native and in his spare time, enjoys and spending time with his wife and 2 dogs, golf, sporting events, and home improvement projects.

TOPHER BAKER
Topher is our senior case manager and an important member of the Constable Law team. He takes managing clients' cases very seriously and takes pride in assisting them with their matters from start to finish. He always makes himself available during both the claims and litigation process.
Many clients really enjoy speaking with Topher as he is often a calming voice in what can be a very stressful process. Plus he does a wonderful job providing updates on the status of their case as well as explaining what will be occurring next.
KATE EWING
Kate has several roles at Constable Law and is another asset to the Constable Law team. From scheduling inspections and depositions, to status calls and making sure litigation moves smoothly, Kate participates in almost every aspect of clients' claims. She also helps keep the attorneys on track and makes sure they are always where they need to be, which is no easy task.
Many of our clients often comment on her kind disposition and how they appreciate her taking the time to speak with them whenever they need assistance.
RENEE RHODEN
From the moment that Renee started at Constable Law, she quickly showed that she is a valuable part of the team as she took on more and more responsibilities. She now handles our clients' claims from start to finish with initial intake and status updates during the claims process, to discovery and complaints during litigation, to settlement explanation and documentation at the conclusion. Plus, she is always willing to take on more and help in any way possible to make sure our clients are happy.
Clients often ask for Renee as they know she will provide them with an extensive update and they are appreciative of her attention to detail when the claim is resolved.
ALISON LODJIC
Since joining Constable Law, Alison has become another integral part of the team. From answering phones, to scheduling inspections and gathering documents, to filing important documentation, she makes sure our clients' claims continue to progress and keeps them updated throughout the process. She is also someone that our clients lean on often as she is always willing to help answer questions and give status updates.
